Sales & Marketing Director
ALS Recruitment are currently working with a growing manufacturing business in sourcing them a Sales & Marketing Director. As the Sales & Marketing Director you will develop and deliver the company strategy on Growth, Marketing & Brand of their products. You’ll build strong working relationships with key clients and be responsible for the oversight of product development ensuring the continued success of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation looking to really ramp up their marketing and growth plans internationally, identify new areas to move into and build upon the existing markets. This opportunity would be well suited to someone who has working in the Manufacturing industry or similar. We are looking for candidates who are well versed within all marketing channels and have the ability to identify new areas of opportunity.

Experience
  • Previous Marketing experience within leadership or similar role
  • Experience of managing multi market reach channels
  • Evidenced ability to build value propositions to meet customer’s needs
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing sales philosophies for all market reach channels based on consultative selling approach
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team
