ALS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a busy HR Department of a company providing outsourced solutions on an international basis. As the HR Administrator you’ll work with internal departments and the wider HR Team to support the creation of a seamless, best in class onboarding experience for all new staff.

Other duties will include, but not be limited to; maintaining and updating the HR system, sending out employment contracts, making contract amendments, organising onboarding training and assist with HR projects, building strong relationships with payroll providers and benefits suppliers in the UK and International.

Experience
  • Previous experience in working within a HR Administration position, coordinator, assistant etc.
  • Experience of working for a Global organisation would be an advantage.
  • Currently studying CIPD
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Experience in working within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare industries would be an advantage but not essential.
