Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, possess excellent organisational and people management skills, and be driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.

The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of sales management experience, excellent people management skills, and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.

Sales Leadership:
    Provide strategic leadership to the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    Drive sales activities and performance within the team.
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Client Development:
    Identify and capitalise on sales and profit opportunities within the existing client base.
    Nurture and build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
People Management:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Skills and Qualifications:
    Previous sales management experience is essential.
    Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge in a dynamic and evolving market.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Passionate and driven to achieve goals..
