Job title: Sales Ledger Clerk - Accounts Department

Location: Ringwood (just off the A31 - 20 minutes from Bournemouth, 30 minutes from Southampton and 40 minutes from Salisbury).

Hours: Full time, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch.

About the role

It’s exciting times at Millstream Management Services due to our growth so there is no better time to join us. We are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team.

Based at our Head Office, Ringwood, you will carry out a variety of Finance duties including

  • Raising ground rent and service charge invoices
  • Processing direct debit mandates
  • Creating direct debit payment plans
  • Organising and processing payments
  • Reconciling customer records
  • Responding to queries from Lodge Managers, suppliers and customers.

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch.

About you

You will be highly organised and be an effective communicator to ensure that you keep on top of a busy and varied workload, ensuring all deadlines are met and workload schedules are managed. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise. You will naturally enjoy working as part of a team, organised and helpful.

Although full training will be provided, previous experience of working within an accounts/Finance team would be an advantage and studying towards an AAT qualification would be preferable but is not essential. Ideally you will have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
