Job Summary: We are currently seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing Solar Sales Team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging with environmentally conscious individuals and guiding them towards the ideal solar energy solutions for their specific needs. After completing our in-house sales training, you will visit pre-qualified customers at their homes, offering high-quality solar solutions tailored to their energy requirements. Our appointments are generated through our unique and effective in-house marketing campaigns, ensuring a steady stream of motivated customers ready to invest in solar PV systems. Responsibilities: Engage with pre-qualified customers during home visits to discuss the advantages and benefits of our Solar Energy & Battery technology. Design and propose tailored solar PV systems to meet the customers’ energy needs, ensuring affordability and maximizing energy savings. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our state-of-the-art technologies and unrivalled solutions to differentiate us from competitors. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Solar Sales Team. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, sales techniques, and problem-solving approaches. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition to potential customers. Utilize computer software and Microsoft Office tools efficiently to manage customer data and sales-related activities. Exhibit self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to work in an unsupervised environment. Possess a professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer experiences that align with our commitment to exceptional service. Requirements: Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industries. Strong sales background with demonstrated examples of successful sales achievements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computer software and Microsoft Office applications. Drive, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. Own transportation, laptop, and mobile phone. Ability to attend company gatherings, events, and socials on a monthly basis.
