£19,000 – Basic + unrivalled commission structure with achievable 28-hour working week for Elite club members.

First Year OTE £35,000- second year OTE 50,000

The role?

The role will include outbound and inbound sales calls. Speaking to clients and candidates.

Submit suitable candidates to job roles.

Selling your services and negotiating with hiring managers.

Utilising jobs boards and recruitment techniques to attract talent to roles. If you a sales person looking for a role that can offer variety and huge earning potential it could be for you.

Ideally, you will have the following background/attributes:

  • Recent graduate or come from a sales or customer-facing role
  • Thrive in a competitive environment
  • Have ambitious goals and be financially driven
  • Be innovative in your approach to challenges
  • Be collaborative
