Location: Hybrid - Didsbury Manchester
Salary: £23,350.00 per annum
Full time 35 hours per week
3 month contract

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our New Developments Sales Team, Gecko Homes. You will be part of a friendly, energetic team with ambitious growth plans and aims to be the leader in providing affordable homes across South Manchester. You will be working closely with our Sales Advisers to support them in selling homes for Shared Ownership and Outright Sales.

We are a small team with big ambition! Now really is an exciting time to join our us and help build Gecko Home’s reputation. We need someone who is customer focused, organised and able to use their initiative to prioritise their own workload.

No two days will be the same in this role, but your main responsibilities will include dealing with incoming calls and enquiries about our properties, keeping our customer database updated, preparing brochure packs and marketing literature, helping arrange sales events, maintaining team progress charts, keeping filing systems and records organised, updating social media and website content and preparing move-in packs for customers. Full training will be given but experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

We offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, free Healthcare cash plan and 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days with the option to buy up to 5 days additional leave.
