Lettings and Homeownership Assistant
Location: Didsbury, Manchester
Salary: £22,648.00 to 25,139.00
35 hours per week

Southway Housing Trust is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that we work in. Southway Housing Trust is a "not-for-profit" landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Sales and Commercial Property team for a Lettings and Homeownership Assistant and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days.

The Lettings and Homeownership Assistant will be part of a team that covers the following key areas of business at Southway Housing Trust: Shared Ownership, Market Rent Property, Management, Leasehold Management, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire and Insurance Management.

There will be an emphasis on developing our market rent portfolio and we would welcome applications from people who have a background in lettings and property management. The right candidate will be able to self-manage, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision. In addition, the right candidate must be a team player who can meet the needs of the teams’ diverse customer base.
