We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Harrogate, the successful candidate must have a good telephone manner with the ability to handle calls from a variety of people. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and have the ability to adapt to any situation. The right candidate needs to be someone with the drive to succeed and who is willing to take ownership and deal with tasks from start to finish. Previous administration experience is essential.

The main responsibilities will be:
  • Processing of motor vehicle orders
  • Send contract documents for customer signature
  • Maintaining full and accurate records
  • Ensuring all vehicle documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Preparation of contract hire and funding documents for submission to finance companies.
  • Liaison with customers following receipt of finance company decision.
  • Providing management information
  • Liaison with dealers regarding stock and related financial matters
  • Maintain efficient and effective liaison between customers and sales team
  • Arranging delivery of vehicles to customers when they become available

You will also be a quick learner, learning vehicle specifications to assist with customer queries and quoting for existing customers. Being computer literate in Excel, Outlook and Word is essential as you will be reporting monthly Management Reporting Information.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
