We are currently recruiting for a 1st line IT Service Desk agent to join our team in our Head office in Manchester. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering seamless customer service and consistently exceeding expectations. They will demonstrate previous experience working in a busy environment and delivering against key performance indicators/targets as well as possessing a keen interest in IT and problem solving.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for their first role within IT and/or an experienced 1st line agent looking for a new challenge.

The successful candidate will have/be;
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and a proven record in exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down technical language/solutions in a way which customers understand
  • Manage, meet and maintain service levels and ensure all incidents are dealt with in accordance with the SLA and KPIs
  • Strong interest in IT and problem solving

Desirable skills;
  • Experience of Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience of Outlook, various Internet browsers and Microsoft applications
  • Experience of working with a Service Management toolset and/or data capture
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Understanding of audit and compliance processes

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, shifts between 7.30am – 6.00pm and Saturday – Sunday, shifts between 8.00am – 5.00pm on a rota basis
