Job Description

Are you an organized and customer-focused individual? We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service sales administrator with previous experience in the rental and equipment hire industry based in Enfield.

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the sales team and manager in a range of sales administrative duties
Deal with customer queries and provide excellent service
Opening of new accounts for clients
Credit checks on new accounts
Raise contracts for equipment rental and hire.
Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Applicant Experience
Customer service skills telephonic and email
Previous experience within a sales office
Maintaining CRM data base
Understanding of rental and hire agreements would be an advantage
Good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages. You’ll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role.
Previous experience in the rental or hire industry an added advantage.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08.00 to 16.00 or 09.00 to 17.00
Location:
Enfield with on-site parking facilities.
Salary
£13.50 per hour - weekly pay on Fridays
