Sales Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a cyber security company based in Chineham, Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent role and office based.

Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
  • Client on-boarding to the CRM system and service desk platforms
  • Take part in vendor training activities to allow technical knowledge to grow
  • Helping to oversee the managed service contracts and ensuring all milestones are met
  • Supporting the marketing team with a variety of duties
  • Work with management to coordinate company events
  • Meeting with the head of department to assess, analyse and develop action plans for sales and marketing
  • Arrange vendor lunches and meetings with the sales or technical teams
  • Adhoc administrative tasks within the sales and marketing departments

Requirements:
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Adobe Illustrator is desierable
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes

This position is working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hour’s lunch break. Our client is offering a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
