The Role

Working alongside a friendly team of employees and volunteers, as a Retail Customer Assistant, you will participate in the day-to-day running of our café in Monklands Hospital.

Maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, you will provide friendly, helpful and efficient customer service.

You will also assist in the completion of regular stock checks and receive incoming deliveries, replenish and date rotate stock.

About You

To be considered as a Retail Customer Assistant, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A reasonable degree of flexibility to support covering absence and holidays

Knowledge of EPOS systems would be beneficial to your application.
