Overview

Keep it Clean!

We’re looking to recruit a part time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury’s Alnwick store on a temporary basis covering maternity leave.

This role requires working 15 hours over 5 days per week - Sunday, Monday and Thursday till Saturday 04:30 to 07:30

Responsibilities

You’ll be operating machinery and carrying out thorough cleaning activities - including mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping. We’ll support you by making sure you have all the right cleaning materials and equipment to do your job.

At times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris and at other times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies.

Qualifications

You’ll take pride in keeping our Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers.

To be successful in this role you’ll have previous experience of cleaning - ideally in a retail or commercial environment.
