About You

This role would really suit someone who is proactive by nature, highly organised and has a focused attention to detail. Your flexible approach to delivering your work and knowing that we can’t always structure everything will really set you up for success. Up to speed with basic recruitment processes and current recruiting methods, your exceptional communication skills means that everyone involved in the journey has the right level of updates, in a timely way. Passionate about customer service, coupled with your empathetic nature, you already get the need to maintain our core values in every exchange.

Experienced in the delivery of high-volume campaigns or BAU delivery is critical to us, so if you have delivered complex pieces of recruitment across a regional portfolio we really want to hear from you. Like you, we love data! Lots of it! We hope you have worked with an ATS before (we use Hireful!) but don’t worry - we will give you all the tools and training you need to do your job! This is an exciting time for us so if this feels like your sort of challenge, drop us a line!

What’s In It For You?

Alongside a highly collaborative, really supportive team, we will give you the room to stretch and develop. With both training and learning opportunities, we will commit to investing in your knowledge, interpersonal and even academic needs. Tell us where you want to go and we will work with you to design the best pathway you could imagine.

Dignity Plc really believe in our People so you will also have access to a wide range of Mental and Financial Wellbeing tools, access to financial support and a broad range of benefits. This year has posed challenges for us all and so we currently work in a remote way - as you will be when you start with us. Location isn’t too much of an issue but we would like you to be within a commutable distance of Sutton Coldfield once or twice a month so we can all get together as a team. That said, we really care more about your work/life balance more than your presence, so if have a particular need, hours, days, etc just let us know and we will work with you to find the best fit.

We will be adhering to social distancing measures during the recruitment of this vacancy so all interviews will be conducted over MS Teams.

As an active and proud member of The Circle Back Initiative, it is our aim to ensure that all candidates receive a response and are treated with the same level of dignity as our customers.
