Provide retained Search and Consultancy services to the global commodity trading, brokerage, shipping and financial markets. They work in both the retained and contingent space and have consultants working in 180 capacities across the business.

Their model caters to a tailored experience for candidates and have a 100% placement rate on retained assignments.

The Role

They are looking for experienced resourcing recruitment consultants to join the team. You will be responsible for mapping the market, sourcing candidates and placing applicants into roles within either the FS market or the Commodity markets. You will support the sales consultants in filling the roles and will provide a first-class service across the board. You will have at least one years experience in recruitment within a professional sector.In return, they offer a starting basic salary up to 30k, commission, flexible working and unlimited holidays from year 2 (22+stats year 1)
