The Role Will Include

We have an exciting role for a Head of Recruitment within an exceptionally fast-paced multi-faceted operation. The group comprises of an exciting combination of businesses, and they have a headcount of 200+. They are looking to grow this to four hundred over the next 3 - 5 years and are looking for a recruitment manager to join the busy team. This is a step away from a traditional recruitment consultant or manager role but will use similar recruitment skills and stretch the capabilities of the successful applicant.
  • Working closely with the senior management teams across the group.
  • Identifying and implementing effective channels of attraction.
  • Sourcing candidates through advertising via job boards, job centres, newspapers, social media, and networking.
  • Interviewing, screening, testing, and assessing applicants to determine suitability.
  • Running and organising recruitment campaigns.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for internal applicants.
  • Ensuring all vacancies within are successfully resourced with an emphasis on time and quality.
  • Implementing and managing an effective database.
  • Searching databases and recruiting.
  • Shortlisting and fielding responses to management teams.
  • Streamlining the recruitment processes across the sites
  • Implementing new and effective processes, growing the team and diversifying into other recruitment areas in time.
  • Recruitment admin.
Skills, Knowledge, And Qualifications
  • Proven recruitment experience gained from a recruitment agency-side or in-house within a volume-oriented, fast-paced, and high performing organisation.
  • Experience of working with key business management and internal decision-makers.
  • Extensive background in candidate attraction via networking, recruiting, database searching and job boards.
  • Focused on providing a high-end candidate experience
  • Exceptional diligence and communication skills
  • Multitasking and handling volume assignments
