Are you looking for a Residential Conveyancer role based in Bingley, West Yorkshire? - Ref 50112

Our client is a well-established and Lexcel accredited law firm, who provide legal services across their locality in the Yorkshire market. They have been providing legal advice to both private clients and the business community for over 100 years. They are looking at recruiting in their residential property department for a Residential Conveyancer who will also be expected to do some commercial property work alongside.

Working within the property team, you will be expected to deal in the efficient processing and management of Residential Conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and new build properties in addition to handling some commercial property files.

You will have proven customer care skills and have the ability to work quickly and maintain high levels of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Minimum 3 years of experience in a residential conveyancing fee earner role is essential. Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential as support will be provided.

Salary with this Residential Conveyancer role is from £30k-£35k dependant on experience level.
