Family Solicitor 5 years + PQE York Salary: DOE + Benefits Our client is an established, forward thinking Legal Practice located in York who are dedicated and focused on delivering a high quality of service to its clients. Due to an increase in workload within the firm, our client is seeking to recruit a Family Solicitor to manage a range of family/children matters from instruction through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to thrive in a developing firm. The primary focus of the role is to manage a caseload under the supervision of a Director but with the objective of providing commercial advice and practical legal support to a client base as the firm continues to grow. This role is part of a succession plan with great future potential for the right candidate. The successful Family solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years PQE within the Family Law Sector in both Public ( Legal Aid) and Private Matters. You will be able to undertake fee earning work and work independently as well as a team, with minimal supervision. In addition, you will have the capabilities to manage existing, cross department and new family clients. Ideally, our client is seeking an ambitious, experienced, and highly skilled Family Solicitor , with a keen interested in Business Development who can hit the ground running.
