Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Cannock

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday

Work pattern: 0830 - 1630

What do we need from you?
  • Overseeing the Shift and Managing a Team of around 30
  • Performing 121’s, Disciplinaries and Managing Absence
  • Training up New Starters
  • Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required
  • Being Responsible for and Managing the Pick/Converyor Line
  • Ensuring accurate Stock Levels and Replenishing Materials where necessary
  • Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach
