Registered Nurse ( RMN ) - Mental Health and Complex Care - New Service

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced Registered Mental health Nurse ( RMN ), Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ), and/or Registered Adult Nurse ( RGN ) to join a newly-opened, specialist care home based on the outskirts of Castleford, Leeds. Caring for residents aged 18 and above with a range of complex mental health and physical conditions , flexible work patterns available part time or full time paying up to £17.15 per hour

Location

Outskirts of Castleford, Leeds

Salary: £32,104.80 - £42,806.40 per annum (Up to £17.15 per hour- depending on experience)+ £3,000 welcome bonus + excellent benefits

Hours: Full time and Part time hours available ( options of: 24 hours, 36 hours, 42 hours or 48 hours ) - you can choose depending on preference

Shifts: Flexible - day shifts / night shifts / mixed shifts available ( 8am - 8 pm or 8pm - 8am)

Preceptorship nurses : In the case of newly qualified / preceptorship nurses, the care home offers a fantastic preceptorship programme. They have a good number of experienced staff to support and mentor newly qualified nurses.

Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough 2-week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the service. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
