Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the pharmacy team to uphold best practices and standards.
  • Ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medication to patients.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Monitor inventory and manage orders to maintain stock levels.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and regulations.
  • Regularly review and update pharmacy practices in line with industry advancements.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including budgeting and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Proven experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and procedures.
