The Depot Manager will be working for a leading haulage business operating within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector

Responsible for the day to day operations of a fast paced warehousing and transport operation
Design and implement processes to ensure profitability of the logistics operation
Lead teams to ensure a customer focused high performing operation
Enact a proactive leadership style with an ability to develop and retain staff
Strategic liaison with leadership to ensure sensible and measured growth of the business
Responsibility for customer management/problem solving

Experience of both operational and commercial management within a haulage environment
Effective and developmental people management
A routing or planning background is advantageous
Experience of managing budgets is advantageous
Able to commute to Coventry on a daily basis

The Depot Manager will be paid a salary of between £45,000 and £55,000
