Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an passionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a bright and fresh care home based in West Drayton, Slough.

The home boasts an excellent reputation for the quality of care that they provide and a Outstanding/good CQC rating.

The service provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities. This versatile nursing home also cares for residents with dementia, as well as a range of learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

Purpose of Role:To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.

Shift pattern and Hours:Unlike a hospital setting Nursing home can be much more accommodating with regards to more flexible shift patters. The manager can consider Fulltime/Part time/Days/Nights or Mixed shifts.
