Are you a Registered Nurse looking to work term time only?

Could you accompany and provide clinical care to our young service user whilst at school?

We are looking for experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to support our service user with her complex care needs

Our ideal applicant will be a children’s and young people’s Nurse; however, we are happy to accept applications from experienced nurses who can evidence hands on clinical care.

This position is to support a wonderful young girl who lives in Darwen with her family.

She attends school full time and requires an experienced Nurse to accompany her within her educational setting.

It is important you can advocate for her and promote inclusion, whilst supporting her to remain clinically well in school, ensuring her education is not compromised.

She is a clever young girl who likes attending school and socialising with her friends and teachers.

In her spare time she enjoys playing interactive games and listening to music; ACDC are her favourite.

It is important that her nursing team can take a dynamic approach, ensuring that her wants and needs are met.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive impact using your valuable skills and experience.

You will also gain great job satisfaction from the positive effects of your hands-on care and learn new skills.

Essential Experience Required
  • Current NMC PIN
  • Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
  • Ventilation Management
  • Awareness of the Jaw-thrust manoeuvre
We have the following shifts available;
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am – 4pm
  • Term time only
