Mul-T-Lock products are supplied and serviced through a nationwide network of professional locksmiths and security installers, covering the institutional, industrial, commercial and residential sectors of the market. An opportunity exists for a Regional Sales Manager within Mul-T-Lock, reporting to the Managing Director

The primary objective of this position is to:

Grow sales of Mul-T-Lock Portfolio products (Mechanical/ Electro-mechanical/Electronic) within geographical territory by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities and duties are to:
  • Take responsibility for planning sales strategy within the territory in agreement with the Managing Director and ensure implementation to deliver business growth
  • Manage, develop and motivate select accounts within a specified territory in order to achieve company objectives and strategy
  • Achieve sales and profit budgets on a monthly and YTD basis
  • Ensure timely follow up and reporting of all sales enquiries on the territory including end users
  • Acquire and develop new locksmiths/ business partners
  • Work off own initiative to develop end user sales via core Locksmith/ trade database
  • Agree and set pricing levels and strategies in co-ordination with Managing Director
  • Ensure a contrant flow of new business activity whilst maintaining and developing existing business levels
  • Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts
  • Monitor and report market trends and competitor activity within the territory
  • Undertake a weekly analysis of sales activity by appointment/account in order to implement new initiatives if required to reach company objectives
  • Record all prospect/client communications on company CRM as well as diary activity
  • Actively seek out new end users and promote our solutions with a view to driving opportunities into our locksmith partners
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have exceptional self-motivational skills, demonstrate a good track record of building relationships and have the drive and determination to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Be able to demonstrate clear knowledge of a trade and B2B environment.
  • Have proven sales experience and be able to demonstrate clear evidence of achieving targets and delivering both customer and product driven growth
  • Have demonstrable knowledge of the electronic and mechanical markets, products, players and trends.
