Regional Sales Manager (Regional Growth Partner)

Basic £35-40k With Bonus £60k-£80k

Job Stuff

Using your passion and initiative you will spread the good word of Workchain across the companies that have felt the love before but are not feeling it now. Your role will involve re-establishing relationships with key clients across our business. No cold calling, warm contacts only, you just need to get them really heated up!

Time to show them what they are missing! You might be able to do the deal on the phone, maybe a meeting is required but we will leave that up to you to decide. Either way, we know if they trust us to manage their flexible recruitment, they won’t regret it.

Cash

Each month you’ll get to take home a good slice of your profits. As a minimum you’ll take home 20%, and if you hit your performance targets, you’ll take home a massive 40% - it’s really as simple as that! Our top earners can easily double their basic salary and then some, enabling them to reach out and make those personal dreams a reality.
