We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (RMD) to join our EMEA Marketing team as part of our Bioproduction Market Development team.As Marketing Manager for the Cell Culture & Cell Therapy business, you will develop the marketing strategy for EMEA through transformation of the global marketing strategy into regionally relevant content. You will develop and deploy inspiring regional marketing campaigns that build customer value, revenue and growth. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Global Market Development teams and other internal partners including the technical sales specialists, field application scientists, EMEA Regional Market Development Managers and the commercial team to develop and deliver engaging content focused on key customer segments and key innovations in the Bioproduction Business.What will you do?
  • Lead the development and deployment of the regional marketing strategy to exceed growth expectations for the Cell Culture & Cell Therapy Bioprocessing business in EMEA
  • Work closely with global marketing, regional marketing and sales teams on marketing program development and implementation
  • Deliver EMEA demand generation and marketing revenue targets and improve Marketing return on investment
  • Partner with our Marketing Operations team to deploy campaigns and tactical plans, maximising on the breadth of marketing channels
  • Enable our sales channels by providing impactful marketing, tools and training to achieve financial and campaign goals
  • Build insight into our customers and how our capabilities address their business-critical needs
Who we are looking for:
  • Extensive marketing experience and demonstrated ability to efficiently implement marketing plans to drive revenue growth for key customer segments or extensive knowledge of bioprocessing, cell culture & cell therapy with a passion for marketing.
  • Experience of omni-channel marketing (including Digital) campaign development and execution
  • Strong record working in cross-functional teams and operating within a complex organisation to achieve goals
  • Consistent track record meeting objectives and developing strong working relationships
Great to have
  • Ideally, knowledge of life science markets and key competitors
  • A willingness to travel internationally when required (up to 25% per annum), including some overnight stays is crucial
