Job Title: Regional L&D Advisor

Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum, plus car, plus bonus, plus benefits

Location: East London & Essex (based remotely)

Role: Permanent

We are recruiting for a passionate Regional L&D Advisor to join one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses!

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies within the UK and they are looking for a passionate Regional L&D Advisor who will support their branches and train their teams in a variety of areas from First Aid to the implementation and rollout of a brand-new IT system.

Ideal Candidate
  • People focussed Regional L&D Advisor with a passion for learning and development
  • The flexibility and the need to be mobile is essential
  • A Full UK Driving licence is required
  • Experience in training design with industry knowledge
  • A relevant training qualification
The Role – Key Responsibilities
  • The ability to recognise and respond to different learning styles
  • The ability to inspire and motivate
  • Support branches to engage and train their teams in a variety of key business areas
  • Part of the rollout team to implement and train their people on a brand-new system
  • Working alongside the Regional Director driving improvement and bringing fresh ideas to the table
