Due to the expansion of McCarthy Recruitment, we are looking to Recruit a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant. As a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant, you will work exclusive and retained roles for a range of large corporate clients across the UK. The roles you will be recruiting will be Senior end of the market from HR Manager to HR Director where the fees are generally higher.
As a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant, you will be building strong relationships through continuous networking with both clients and candidates. You will contribute to the overall business strategy and work as a team player to deliver business goals.
