    Job- Recruitment Resourcer

    Location- Nottingham, NG10

    Working in our Long Eaton resource office, you will be part of our day team. The role holder will be responsible for sourcing and selecting potential new candidates within the retail sector.

    What you will be doing?
  • Entry level into 360 recruitment
  • Administration and data entry
  • Source suitable CVs / candidates using online portals and advertisements
  • Develop relations with candidates and grow a strong candidate database
  • Learn industry specific terminology and build relationships with clients
  • Responsible for all resourcing recruitment activity including advert placing, compliance, referencing and trade checks
    • What skills and experience you might need?
  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet (social media platforms)
  • Experience of dealing with clients and customers over the phone
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written

This includes, but not limited to, Site/Project/Programme Management, Equipment/Stock Consolidation Services, Delivery, Installation and Merchandising services, all available as stand-alone offers or a bespoke combination to suit our customer’s needs.
