A Global business based in Basingstoke, Hampshire are currently working with CMA HR Division exclusively to look for a Recruitment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the country MD working alongside the HR Manager this Recruitment Manager role will take full responsibility for recruitment and talent activity across all aspects of their business.

This role will have an opportunity to implement and build a recruitment function from scratch with all the funding and tools available to deliver this from the start. The business already has key projects that are central to the businesses vision with the longer-term plan to grow as this business operates in a specialist high value sector. This role will partner with multiple line managers and be key to driving their Employer brand and EVP across the on boarding and recruitment processes. This role would suit either In-house or someone looking to transition from an Agency.

What will the role involve?
  • Liaising with management to attract the right talent, advertising, shortlisting and screening candidates
  • Support the Employee Value Proposition for candidate attraction
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure social media presence and affective advertising campaigns
  • On-boarding new starters, working with the HR team
  • Liaising with agencies, maintaining relationships and keeping up to date with market trends
Suitable Candidate
  • 2+ years’ experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion and integrity
  • Relationship driven and people orientated
