Resourcing CoordinatorLocation- HuntingdonSalary- Competitive + other benefits available (to be discussed during the interview process)Working Hours- 09:00-17:00 Monday to Fridaycrooton has an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to join a well-established international food packaging company based in Huntingdon.As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellence in the end-to-end resourcing process including compelling copywriting, effective talent pipelining, succession planning, sourcing, and selection of suitable candidates, you will also be responsible for arranging interviews, sending confirmations, and process offer paperwork.Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the sourcing of candidates for production/ volume roles
• Ensuring prioritisation or resourcing needs on short, medium, and long-term bases
• Working with the Resourcing Team to provide specialist advice and guidance to managers
• Supporting and/ or leading the co-ordinator of any recruitment campaigns and recruitment as required.
• Providing fair and objective feedback to candidates who requests further information on their performance during the selection process
• Ensuring the effective utilisation of the ATS and any available tools to proactively build talent banks for roles needed on a regular basis
• Accountable for briefing 3rd parties on roles and ensuring the business received a high-quality service
• Utilising and engaging hiring managers and existing employees to promote Hilton Food as an employer of choice

The ideal candidate will hold the followings skills and/ or experience:

• Proven In-house/ agency recruitment and resourcing experience
• Sound knowledge and experience with the different effective selection and assessment techniques
• Confidence, organisation, and interpersonal skills to be able to approach passive candidates
• Customer-focused with a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage several roles at once with effective time management
