The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment, coaching both parties when required
  • Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth
  • Recruit/Source/Headhunt for clients hiring needs
  • Proactively generate new business
  • End to end management of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and expand your professional network

Key Requirements for our Senior Recruitment Consultant:

  • The ability and desire to sell on the telephone and face to face
  • Solid business development experience
  • Proven experience pf winning new business
  • Results-focused, proven track record of consistently achieving and/or exceeding targets
