The Job

The Recruitment Business Partner will report to the Recruitment Manager and will be responsible for all recruitment activity on behalf of the organisation.

Recruitment Business Partner Responsibilities

  • Oversee all live requisitions on behalf of the organisation - across a variety of disciplines
  • Work closely with the hiring managers and the business to understand hiring needs
  • Ensure relationships are developed with external suppliers
  • Be responsible for the candidate experience

Recruitment Business Partner Skills

  • Onsite recruitment/talent background
  • Excellent relationship management and relationship development skills for the business partnering responsibilities of the role.
  • Operated in a standalone talent/recruitment role previously and able to work with minimal instruction
  • Methodical and organised approach - have previously operated in a process driven environment
