Hotel Receptionist is required for a stunning 4*historic and boutique hotel on the outskirts of Maidenhead.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experience hotel or corporate Receptionist to join their amazing team who all strive to deliver first class customer service.

This position is permanent working 40 hours per week and you’ll be asked to work 7.00am – 3.30pm or 3.00pm – 10.30pm. In reward you will be paid a salary of £20,800 plus bonus, free parking, free food and uniform plus plenty of opportunities to progress.

Due to the location of the hotel, successful applicants must be a driver with your own vehicle/bike.

As Hotel Receptionist You Will
  • Welcome guest to the hotel, checking in and checking out;
  • Taking payments;
  • Responding to reservations and saes enquires in person, over the phone and via email;
  • Anticipating and acting upon guest requests;
  • Provide information abut the hotel, services and the local area attractions.

The Successful Hotel Receptionist Will Have
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate common sense and creative thinking;
  • Have a keen eye for detail and willingness to proactively help your colleagues
  • Computer literate and if you have experience using a hotel booking system even better!
