We are looking for an enthusiastic and attentive Receptionist at Mitton Hall. The Mitton Hall team provide superb service to our guests, a warm and friendly atmosphere and effortless attention to detail.

As Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for all our guests. First impressions count and you’ll set the warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You’ll coordinate reservations for rooms and the restaurant, welcome guests on arrival and wish them well upon departure. You’ll be able to assist guests in a friendly, confident and professional manner, spotting opportunities to upsell products effortlessly. You’ll work hard to make sure our guests have a fantastic experience at Mitton Hall.

The hours available are part time from 28 hours up to 32 hours per week. Reception desk shifts consist of 7am until 3pm and 3pm until 10pm (shift times may vary to suit the needs of the business).
