We have partnered with an International law firm in their search for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a range of real estate finance matters, including debt finance, refinancing, development finance, and acquisition finance.

About the role:

  • Advising clients on real estate finance transactions, including negotiating and drafting loan agreements, security documents, and other transactional documents.
  • Providing advice on the financing of real estate developments, including joint venture structures and mezzanine finance.
  • Working closely with the real estate team to advise on complex and high-value transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Managing junior team members and providing support and guidance on real estate finance matters.

They are known for having expertise in a range of areas, including real estate, banking and finance, corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, and employment.
  • The office has a strong reputation for its work in the real estate sector, with a team of specialist lawyers advising clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including development and investment projects.

About you:

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in real estate finance.
  • Experience advising clients on a range of real estate finance transactions, including debt finance, refinancing, development finance, and acquisition finance.
  • Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
