The Opportunity
You will create, co-ordinate and undertake Induction and Up Skill Training as required.
You will work closely with your colleagues in the team and you will have strong communication and organisation skills with good attention to detail.
You will also undertake comprehensive reviews & training to support the identification and improvement of leakage, legal compliance, regulatory policy requirements, and customer service failures.
You will spend your time using tools such as Team Think & MMR to perform Technical, and Development reviews, plus any other quality control that the team is required to perform to support achievement of business goals.
You will use your technical knowledge, analytical and communication skills to assess, report and advice on the management, control and improvement of best practices and business processes.
You will provide Feedback to Claims and Service handlers on the results of reviews.
Role Responsibilities
- Delivery of Claims and Customer Service Recruitment & Induction
- Design and deliver Training Programmes to meet the skills and knowledge of Claims,Customer Service and Underwriting Teams
- Undertake Technical & Development Reviews.
- Analyse and report results of Technical & Developmental Review, recommending appropriate corrective action and requirements.
- Provide 121 feedback & coaching on Technical and Developmental Review results.
- Linking in with Unit Leaders, and Team Leaders to identify and develop improvement opportunities, maintain Best Practices & Process adherence
- Planning and managing your own workload, taking into account changes in business priorities
- Providing telephony support for Operational teams (c20% of the time)
The Individual
- Experience of working within a Technical/Business Assessment environment
- Track record of delivering claims reveiws , QA and change processes
- Experience of working with key stakeholders to deliver change
