CK Group are recruiting for a QA Specialist to join a leading global diagnostics company on a permanent basis.

The Company: Our client helps to protect people and society in the fight against infectious diseases by developing tests that accurately detect infections. Our client takes pride in their ability to develop solutions that target high unmet needs in infectious diseases and their agility in responding to significant outbreaks around the world with diagnostic products and solutions.Location: This role is based in our clients Eastleigh office.

Salary: Competitive base salary plus, 25 days holiday, company bonus scheme, private medical insurance, company pension plan, and life assurance (4 times annual salary).

Asa QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients product and services meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Be responsible for document management systems Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities Investigate non-conformance issues
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Support on-site audits conducted by external providers

Your Background: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Knowlege of GMP and GDocP
  • Experience of documentation control, change control, NC investigation and CAPA
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
