CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Representative to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Speke on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary: From £18.13ph PAYE depending upon experienceQuality Assurance Representative Role:

  • Monitor trends and identify problems in quality of purchased materials, packaging, intermediates, products, water and environmental data and promote action having regard to changes in processes, facilities, equipment and procedures.
  • Disposition raw materials, including packaging items, water, intermediates and products according to the available data, including evaluation of any deviation reports, environmental monitoring (where appropriate), and advise on reprocessing or preventive actions in such cases.
  • Write/revise/approve and give advice on quality documentation e.g. batch production records, specifications, procedures and Stability protocols.
  • Review and approve SOPs, change controldocumentation, validation protocols, completed validation packages, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and any CQSA documentation.

Your Background:

  • Hold a relevant scientific degree or equivalent working experience
  • Previous experience within a quality function in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with CAPA, change controls, IQ/OQ/PQ
