Strategic thinking and ability to lead bid teams in large, strategically important and/or complex multidisciplinary bids
Preparing and leading bid strategy workshops including client analysis, key drivers, competitor analysis, solution development and value proposition
Developing a strong understanding of solutions offered, how it meets client objectives and supports wider services offered by JLL

Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, adapting and tailoring our solutions to meet different objectives
Sourcing and assessing client opportunities, lead go no go decisions and input into team selection
Identifying contract risks in RFP’s and engaging with Legal and Commercial teams to support identifying, mitigating, and managing all contract risks in bids
Co-ordinating appropriate input and involvement from subject matter experts across various residential teams
Leading bid production of both written and creative presentation documents to clearly describe the solution and benefits
Ensuring our proposals are client centric and compelling
Shaping and guiding the pricing model in conjunction with the Lead Director/Commercial Director, ensuring a commercially viable proposal
Preparing the team for pitches and interviews through Coaching and/or leading presentation teams
Striving continuous improvement through client and internal feedback
Contribution to bid libraries and collateral development
Collaboration with wider Sales and BD team on ongoing initiatives and training programmes

You should have experience of:
Expertise leading and managing strategic bids, whilst implementing the full level bid process
Experience developing proposals which incorporate all the different components of a comprehensive business architecture including people, process and technology
Previous experience in a residential or real estate role or working knowledge of real estate is desirable
An influential personality with the ability to persuade and lead senior members within the business
Problem solving, identifying and understanding key client issues and developing innovative and compelling solution
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent writing skills, designing and leading presentations
Time management and the ability and tenacity to consistently hit challenging deadlines
