Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Pruchase Ledger will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Management of financial procedures, including invoicing and budget control.
  • Ensure all expenditures are in compliance with company policies.
  • Preparation of financial reports for management.
  • Collaboration with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Assist in the development of annual budget.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Respond to financial queries in a timely and professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

  • Not for Profit and Charities background.
  • Proficiency in financial management software.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to commute to Wythenshawe.
