Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Pruchase Ledger will include, but may not be limited to;
- Management of financial procedures, including invoicing and budget control.
- Ensure all expenditures are in compliance with company policies.
- Preparation of financial reports for management.
- Collaboration with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Assist in the development of annual budget.
- Ensure prompt and accurate payment of invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Respond to financial queries in a timely and professional manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to commute to Wythenshawe.
