Ideally anyone applying will have previous purchase ledger experience and you will work in a team of 4 and reporting into the Finance Manager.

As previously mentioned the role is varied, you will be responsible for the end-to-end purchase ledger so it is a varied exciting role where core tasks will include:

  • Weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Coding and matching invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Setting up supplier accounts
