Join our newly created Project and Programme Management Team
Our Project and Programme Management Team in Engineering Consultancy is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join the team. Engineering Consultancy sits within our Economy, Transport and Environment department. We are a forward-thinking in-house consultancy providing a range of services to the County Council and other public authorities. This includes design, laboratory testing, site supervision and project/contract management from early stages of a project through to supervision of construction.
As a Project Manager, you will be part of the newly created Project and Programme Management Team in Engineering Consultancy, supporting or leading teams through the initiation, design and delivery stages of complex engineering schemes. You will actively manage projects to achieve cost, time and quality objectives and set up effective reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement, work and resource planning, change control and risk management protocols. You’ll have significant experience in project management and knowledge and experience of the construction industry. You will also have strong relationship management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of peers, colleagues and stakeholders.
