This role will involve leading on engagement activities and launching new strategies which in turn will bring exciting initiatives to keep our workforce engaged. You will create and deliver high quality creative communication material/content across a variety of channels including online channels such as yammer, MS Teams and Sharepoint. You will also enjoy building relationships across business functions to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they are working from.

The right candidate will have experience in developing and managing a range of internal communication tools for different audiences and purposes, with a focus on Inclusion and diversity within the workplace. They will be passionate advocates for employee engagement and have the ability to identify new trends in engagement, keeping a finger on the pulse to deliver our strategic priorities, vision and values.
