We invite you to join our closely-knit, motivated, and fantastic team, taking your place in our team as a Project Manager based in the UK.

Our Industry Services division is responsible for the delivery of our product implementations in Enterprise and household-name brands, providing exciting and challenging exposure to leading-edge innovation in a wide range of industries.

You will be responsible for delivery of projects supporting our customers when deploying Dassault Systèmes solution, on time, to budget and with optimum value. This for example includes management of financial reporting, dependencies across serval projects, mitigation of project risks and issues and status reporting to customers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working either from the closest Dassault Systemes office, or from home, to manage small and mid-size projects.
  • Lead in the definition of plans and scope of work, identifying and validating all assumptions and dependencies
  • Prepare complete and accurate reporting including financial and internal and external status reporting
  • Prepare and submit forecasts for assigned projects.
  • Prepare, communicate and execute project schedules to fulfil the scope of the project
  • Anticipate, communicate and mitigate projects risks and issues within a shared governance structure
  • Foster strong team sprit among project team members and trust-based relationship with the end customer
  • Drive project activities and resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and schedule

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor level degree or higher
  • Experience of managing software deployment at enterprise level (for example deployment of PLM, ERP or MES solutions)
  • Recognised project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or similar and ability to demonstrate consistent and rigorous adherence to the same in projects that you have delivered
  • Experience of aligning project work with Agile principles such as SAFe , LeSS, Scrum or other Agile deployment methodologies and a working experience of Jira
  • Experience of working within the manufacturing industry and delivering large projects
  • Understanding of operational service management e.g., running a large-scale production system and IT infrastructure
  • Demonstration of strong communication skills including the ability to convey information at different level of detail for different audiences: business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and end users
  • Experience of Dassault Systèmes tools and or solutions are useful but not a requirement
