Join the 3DVIA sales team. 3DVIA is Dassault Systèmes’ "Customer Experience Brand". It offers intelligent 3D space planning solutions for professionals and individuals (such as www.home.by.me), offering them a new way to interact, approach their project and make the best choice.

What will your role be?

Demonstrate value and clear business understanding for retailers and cabinet manufacturers in Home and Kitchen industry segment.

Execute an Introduction based sales process to gain access to key strategic accounts Top Down.

Leverage industry network and links from 3DVIA exec team to open doors to C-Suite of new accounts.

Utilise top down approach within assigned accounts and engagement at VP Level and above.

Generate growth in priority areas of Kitchen and Home large DIY retail players.

Build sustainable relationships with Customers Champions to facilitate access to Customer’s Executive levels and position qualify the landscape for 3DVIA Retail 3D Planning Solutions.

Work closely with 3DVIA Retail Marketing and Industry contact to transition Account Based Marketing touches and leads into business dialogue and Opportunities.

Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives.

Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes to achieve revenue plan.

Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes, DS policies and ethical standards for doing business.

Provide an accurate forecast for 4 rolling quarters and FY 2021.

Identify best practices for Retail Sales of our solutions in Europe.

The Challenges Ahead

We are seeking a key Sales Executive (SE) who will engage with Executives at key Retail Accounts and empower a long-term business transformation to Omni-channel sales.

  • Candidates should have a proven history of positioning new market entrants to C-Suite.
  • Increase 3DS 3DVIA Retail customers in European Market and deliver revenue plans.
  • Work with Kitchen and Home Industry Team to find New DIY Accounts for Kitchen and Home Solutions.
  • Diligently research & understand target accounts to present a custom value presentation tailored to their business.
  • Build & customize materials to articulate a VALUE message to Executive Audience.
  • Work closely with Retail Marketing to strengthen messaging for EMEAR executive audience.
  • Ensure delivery of Metrics and Testimonial stories for new prospects.
  • Leverage Dassault Systèmes Strategic Value and develop close working relationship to 3DS Home & Lifestyle team.

  • Your Key Success Factors

    Bachelor’s degree level with at least 7 years of experience in software solution selling with at least 2-3 years in Cloud/SaaS sales. Experience in developing a new market and articulating solution value.

    Proven skills in C-Suite relationship building and Enterprise Sales selling Cloud and SaaS Solutions.

    Comfortable with proven skills in Solution Sales techniques and Challenger Selling Approach.

    Competent presenter and able to develop presentation and sales materials quickly and professionally.

    Full competency with Microsoft Office Products (Powerpoint and Excel).

    Social Selling Literate and Practitioner.

    Familiarity with D&B and internet search tool.
