Project Manager - Commercial Development Projects Home based

Job description

A Development company seeks a Project Manager to join their team of 8 where you will work on a variety of commercial development projects (retail, sheds, supermarket, fast food) ranging between £2 million and £50 million in value, or on occasion as part of a team delivering even larger projects.

Recent projects include a 10,000 square metre fulfilment centre, a 90,000 square metre warehouse for a national retailer, several budget supermarket sites and drive through fast food outlets. Most of the projects are located in and around the M1 corridor.

The role will be largely home and site based and you will manage your own time and diary and set your own working patterns.

Experience Required

You should be an experienced Project Manager from a development company or consultancy background, with a chartereship or membership of an appropriate organisation (RICS, CIOB, APM etc) They would also considered a projects focussed Building Surveyor that seeks a formal Project Management role.

A Midlands base would be ideal, but they will consider any location between the Midlands and the South East.
