Job description
An LLP firm of chartered surveyors and Construction Consultants with around 150 professional staff across 6 offices requires a chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their project consultancy team.
The projects they operate are within the commercial, residential and retail areas, working for property companies, investor clients and funds.
There is a genuine opportunity for career development here, the QS offering is a rapidly growing part of the business and as a result you have a clear path to make equity partner level from this office
Experience Required.
You must be RICS chartered and have experience in pre and post contract work as well having a capability to be able to assist in business development and the tender winning process.
